Our Verdict
Zotabox appears to be a more reliable choice based on the significantly higher number of reviews and the perfect 5-star rating, suggesting better overall user satisfaction and a more established presence. If a merchant’s priority is to leverage social media and build a social following, Zotabox is the clear winner. However, if the primary focus is to directly instill trust on the website and boost conversions through trust badges, TrustMark might be worth experimenting with, but its low rating and minimal reviews suggest proceeding with caution and carefully evaluating if the features meet the business's specific needs before widespread deployment.
