Whatsapp Marketing & Support (BusinessOnBot) and Yep: AI Chatbot for Sales are both Shopify apps designed to enhance sales and customer support through AI-powered chat automation, with a shared emphasis on WhatsApp integration. BusinessOnBot positions itself as a comprehensive solution for D2C brands aiming to acquire new users and reduce CAC across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and web chat).
