Our Verdict
For D2C brands seeking a comprehensive multi-channel solution with a focus on reducing CAC and improving customer retention through a unified support inbox, Whatsapp Marketing & Support is a strong choice. Its integration across WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and web chat makes it suitable for businesses with an omnichannel presence. However, for merchants prioritizing ease of use and rapid deployment of AI-powered chatbots specifically for sales automation and 24/7 customer support, especially in multiple languages, Zipchat AI Chatbot+Whatsapp AI offers a more compelling solution, due to its 'no-code' and 'self-training' AI Chatbot. The slightly higher number of reviews suggests potentially broader adoption, even with a slightly lower rating.
