Asklayer Survey & NPS for pros vs Census: Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
Asklayer Survey & NPS for pros and Census: Customer Surveys both offer Shopify merchants tools to gather customer feedback through surveys, but they appear to cater to different segments. Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive and highly customizable survey solution with advanced features like skip logic, targeting, and various survey types, Asklayer Survey & NPS for pros is likely the better choice. The higher number of reviews also suggests a more mature product with a broader user base. However, merchants prioritizing simplicity and ease of use, or those with very basic survey needs, may find Census: Customer Surveys a more suitable option, although the lack of detailed information makes a definitive recommendation difficult. Further investigation into Census' feature set and ease of use is recommended before choosing it over Asklayer.
