BL Scrolling Announcement Bar vs Sendly Whatsapp message ordersfor Shopify (2026)
BL Scrolling Announcement Bar and Sendly Whatsapp message orders cater to vastly different needs within the Shopify ecosystem. BL Scrolling Announcement Bar focuses on enhancing on-site communication and visual appeal by providing a customizable, animated announcement bar. Its strength lies in its ability to grab attention and highlight promotions or important information directly on the storefront. This positions it as a tool for merchants prioritizing visual marketing and immediate communication of key messages. Sendly, on the other hand, prioritizes direct customer communication through WhatsApp. Its core function is to automate post-order messaging, facilitate upsells, and enable bulk marketing campaigns via WhatsApp. The key differentiator is the communication channel: on-site visual display versus direct customer messaging. BL Scrolling Announcement Bar is suitable for merchants aiming to improve on-site user experience and highlight promotions visible to all visitors. Sendly is aimed at merchants wanting to leverage WhatsApp for personalized customer interactions, order updates, and direct marketing. The choice between the two depends heavily on the merchant's marketing strategy and the importance of direct communication with customers via WhatsApp.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on driving immediate attention to promotions, sales, or urgent news directly on their website, BL Scrolling Announcement Bar is the superior choice. Its customization options allow for seamless integration with the store's branding, and the animated display ensures high visibility. However, for merchants prioritizing personalized customer communication, post-order support, and direct marketing campaigns via WhatsApp, Sendly offers a more targeted solution. Although it currently lacks reviews, its core functionality addresses a different, equally valuable, need: building customer relationships through direct messaging.
Ultimately, the best choice depends on the merchant's strategic priorities. If direct customer engagement and leveraging WhatsApp are central to the marketing strategy, the potential benefits of Sendly outweigh the risk associated with the lack of reviews. Otherwise, the proven functionality of BL Scrolling Announcement Bar for improving on-site communication makes it a safer bet.
