Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a proven track record and established user base, Census: Customer Surveys is the safer choice. Its 5/5 rating and 23 reviews indicate a reliable and satisfying experience. However, merchants specifically interested in capturing immediate post-purchase feedback to optimize the customer journey should consider Feedback Box. While it carries the risk of being untested, its focus on the checkout thank you page and its feature set (real-time analytics, custom survey builder) suggest a targeted approach to improving customer satisfaction after the sale. New stores may want to start with Feedback Box to tailor their immediate impression.
