Our Verdict
Given the available information, OSOM Post Purchase Surveys appears to be a better choice for merchants specifically interested in gathering feedback immediately after a purchase to improve the customer journey. Its AI-powered question generation and quick setup make it particularly attractive to businesses seeking a streamlined process. Census: Customer Surveys, while having more reviews, lacks detailed information regarding its features and specific use cases, making it difficult to recommend without further details. If a merchant needs surveys for general feedback unrelated to post-purchase experience, further research on Census is required to understand its feature set.
