Our Verdict
Commslayer is the superior choice for merchants needing a full-fledged helpdesk system with order management and AI-powered support features, especially if they handle a high volume of support requests across various channels. The unlimited agent feature is a huge benefit for larger teams. Spur, on the other hand, is better suited for businesses that heavily rely on Instagram and WhatsApp for marketing and sales. Its strength lies in automating customer engagement and driving sales via these specific channels, particularly through abandoned cart recovery and bulk messaging. If your primary focus is maximizing revenue through social media, Spur is the more logical choice.
