Our Verdict
If you're a smaller merchant needing a quick and easy way to gather post-purchase feedback to improve your products or customer service, Feedback Box might be a good starting point, assuming the lack of reviews is due to it being a newer app. However, given its zero rating and zero reviews, proceed with caution. UserLoop Surveys & Feedback is the clear choice for merchants willing to invest in a more comprehensive customer feedback platform. Its AI-powered features, video testimonials, and quiz funnels offer a more holistic approach to understanding and engaging with customers. While potentially more complex to set up and manage, UserLoop's features provide a wider range of opportunities for growth and improved customer experience. Given the existing reviews, UserLoop seems to be the safer bet for merchants looking for a reliable customer feedback solution.
