Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a subtle, non-disruptive way to communicate promotions and updates on their website, Notifeed: Header Notifications is the better choice. Its focus on header integration and MacOS-style pop-ups provides a less intrusive alternative to traditional pop-ups. However, for merchants seeking to build direct relationships with customers, provide immediate order support, and conduct targeted marketing campaigns through WhatsApp, Sendly Whatsapp message orders is more suitable. The choice hinges on whether the priority is on-site experience versus direct customer communication. The lack of reviews for Sendly, however, warrants caution and potentially further investigation before adopting.
