Our Verdict
If your primary need is to automate and optimize local pickup processes, Piko ‑ Pickup Reminder is the better choice. Its features are tailored specifically to that workflow, and it boasts a perfect rating (albeit from only two reviews). Sendly Whatsapp message orders is more suitable for merchants seeking a general-purpose WhatsApp marketing tool to send order confirmations, updates, upsells, and marketing blasts. The lack of reviews for Sendly should be considered. Merchants should proceed with caution until a substantial number of users have vetted the app.
